Legal Operations Specialist m/f/d, Basel-Stadt
The Legal Operations Specialist provides high-quality administrative and operational support to senior leaders within the Legal Department. As a key member of the Legal Services team, this role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day back-office activities, supports collaboration with internal clients, and contributes to the enhancement and implementation of Legal Operations processes. The role also supports functional engagement, learning, and communication initiatives, helping build strong cross-functional relationships aligned with Legal Operations objectives and company values
Provide administrative and executive support to senior leaders in the Legal Department.
Manage calendars, recurring meetings, agendas, minutes, and meeting materials.
Facilitate virtual meetings and handle internal/external correspondence.
Maintain electronic and physical records, repositories, SharePoint sites, and Teams folders.
Support onboarding, training coordination, engagement activities, and communications.
Manage travel, expenses, mail, courier shipments, facilities/IT queries, and event logistics.
Contribute to process documentation and improvements within Legal Operations.
Several years of administrative experience; legal or law firm experience preferred.
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
Fluent in English; good German skills strongly preferred.
