As part of our HR Services Switzerland Team the HR Advisor provides excellent HR administration services to the employees, managers and HR community. Handle complex HR cases accurately and timely, coordinate HR documents with laws, update HR systems. Key responsibilities: Act as the main contact for service-related questions and HR requests until closure. Deliver outstanding customer service, striving to resolve queries efficiently. Apply multiple HR and Payroll systems to support query resolution. Provide support for HR calendar events (e.g., IDP, MAP, Bonus review). Share customer feedback and suggest HR technology improvements. Assess key HR metrics and initiate changes in Workday as needed. Offer proactive HR advisory to HRBPs and line managers. Contribute to local HR projects and collaborate on ad-hoc initiatives. Key requirements: Education as “Personalfachfrau/-mann" or a university degree (Bachelor of Arts or equivalent experience in Business Administration) Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills and a structured proactive working attitude Strong work ethic and organisational resilient Understands different cultures and can optimally act in a multi-cultural environment Extensive experience (2-3 years) within an HR administration or HR shared services organization Proficient in German and English We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
