**Your tasks / field of activity**:

- HR management for the entire company with a total of 86 employees
- Management of and collaboration on strategic HR projects and their implementation
- Advising employees and line managers on labor law, personnel-related or social issues
- Responsible for personnel recruitment and onboarding processes
- Defining improvement and support measures in collaboration with the management
- Promoting employer attractiveness (employer branding) and taking measures
- Responsible for personnel administration including cross-divisional communication, personnel data maintenance/administration, remuneration and benefits administration

**Your profile**:

- Basic commercial training and further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, ideally supplemented by a qualification as HR Manager HF or similar.
- Strong operational background with more than 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
