Business Partner People & Culture (60 ? 80%) Your skills Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international and fast-paced environment In-depth HR expertise across compensation, employee relations, and Swiss labor law Solid knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments Proficiency in HRIS systems (, Abacus, Leapsome) and strong data analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement A growth-oriented mindset with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation Fluency in German or French, very good English skills (min.
