In this role, your responsibilities would include: You develop and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software products You lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support to help achieve project goals You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and resources You monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards You manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely follow-up on issues.
