Test Manager vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector.Your tasks:Lead the end-to-end testing activities globally, ensuring a smooth migration of financial messaging capabilities. Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and defect management. Validate messaging flows across interconnected systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Document integration and system testing in regulated environments. Utilise test tools such as Xray and manage testing documentation. Your experience/knowledge:Proven test management experience in IT transformation projects. Strong knowledge of financial messaging systems and processes (e.g. SWIFT, ISO Hands-on experience with test tools and methodologies. ISTQB Certified Test Manager (Advanced) preferred. Language skills: English, German Your soft skills:Strong leadership and coordination skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical approach.
