Test Manager – SWIFT Messaging Migration Location: Zurich Start date: ASAP Duration: 7 months Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all testing phases including test management and hands‑on testing across global teams. Validate messaging flows across interconnected systems ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance throughout the testing lifecycle. Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and monitor defect management and resolution. Manage documentation and maintain comprehensive test records in regulated financial environments. Communicate with stakeholders to report progress, risks, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Required Experience and Skills Proven experience in test management for IT transformation projects, ideally with SWIFT and payment systems in JB (HOST/TPH) environments. Strong knowledge of financial messaging systems such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, and SIC message formats. Expertise in integration and system testing within regulated industries. Hands‑on expertise with test tools such as Xray and JIRA. Ability to lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and work independently with high responsibility. Qualifications and Certifications ISTQB Certified Test Manager (Advanced) and ISTQB Certified Tester. Proficient in JIRA and Xray test tools. Training or certifications in financial services or payment systems preferred. Soft Skills Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities. Detail‑oriented with structured, analytical, and resilient approach. Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain focus under pressure.
