Votre mission :

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Lead Data Engineer (votre futur manager) pour soutenir nos multiples projets de transformation numérique. Au sein de la cellule Data, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'exploitation et la valorisation des données. Vous serez amené à explorer et analyser des données variées, concevoir des visualisations et des rapports, développer des modèles prédictifs, collaborer avec les équipes métier pour définir leurs besoins, ou encore participer à l'amélioration des pipelines de données.

Vos Responsabilités :

Analyse et visualisation

Définir les indicateurs clés en partenariat avec les équipes métier ;

Réaliser des explorations statistiques et créer des dashboards pour diffuser les insights.

Collaboration et accompagnement

Accompagner les équipes métier dans la définition et la priorisation de leurs besoins ;

Résolution de problèmes et développement de projets en collaboration avec les équipes métier.

Data Engineering

Participer à la création/maintenance des pipelines de données (collecte et transformation) et à la conception des bases de données ;

Contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité et de la fiabilité des données (gestion des anomalies, documentation des flux).

Modélisation et prédiction

Développer des modèles de machine learning (prévision, segmentation, recommandations, etc.) ;

Réaliser un suivi et une évaluation des performances de ces modèles.

Votre profil : 

Formation et expérience

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 à 5 ans en tant que Data Scientist ou Data Analyst, avec une première exposition aux problématiques data engineering ;

Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des projets concrets de bout en bout (de la collecte des données jusqu'à la visualisation ou la mise en production de modèles).

Compétences techniques requises

SQL : Solides compétences pour interroger et manipuler des bases de données relationnelles (PostgreSQL notamment) ;

Python : Maîtrise des librairies de data science (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc.) ;

Data Visualization : Compétences générales en visualisation de données ;

Statistiques et Machine Learning : Connaissance des méthodes d'analyse exploratoire, des algorithmes de base (régression, classification, clustering, etc.) ;

Outils de développement : Familiarité avec Git, Docker.

Compétences techniques appréciées

Data Engineering : Notions d'ETL/ELT, modélisation de bases de données, Airflow ou équivalents, architecture cloud (AWS, Azure) ;

Business Intelligence : Expérience avec des logiciels de Business Intelligence (Superset, PowerBI, etc.) ;

Administration système / Cloud : Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform ;

Langages : Javascript, Ruby (pour une meilleure intégration avec nos applications existantes).

Autonomie : Vous savez organiser votre travail et gérer vos priorités tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d'une équipe agile ;

Communication : Vous savez vulgariser vos analyses et transmettre clairement vos résultats ;

Empathie : Vous appréciez le contact avec le métier pour les aider à trouver des solutions ;

Résolution de problèmes : Vous faites preuve d'ingéniosité pour aborder des problématiques variées ;

Curiosité et adaptabilité : Vous aimez découvrir de nouvelles approches, technologies et vous adapter à des besoins changeants. Vous avez la volonté de développer vos compétences dans de nouveaux domaines.
