Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally. Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure business deals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of company objectives. Participate in industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility. The Successful Applicant A successful Area Sales Manager should have: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in English and German languages. Proven track record in sales and team management in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
