Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).Your profile University degree in one of the following fields or a similar qualification: Hospitality and Event Management, Marketing/Communications, Sports Management, Tourism Management, or Business Administration Min. 3+ years of experience in Hospitality & Event Operations is expected (preferably in motorsports or sports) Understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environments is a plus Excellent project and event management skills Pro-active problem-solver with ability to adapt to high-pressure, face-paced environments Strong service mindset, ensuring world-class experiences and always positive attitude Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficient in standard office software Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage Our Team Do you have the Mindset of a Champion? Who we're looking for Why Join Us? Where? Your mission Attend up to 15 F1 races per year and serve as the hospitality point of contact for guests, partners, internal stakeholders and management Host and support team partners and VIP guests in both the team's own and VIP hospitality areas during race weekends Coordinate event and hospitality operations, including the preparation of all relevant documents, reports, schedules and briefings before and after each race Plan, organize, and oversee the daily event operations during the race to ensure seamless execution and high service standards Support and coordinate trackside experiences such as garage tours, meet & greets, and pit lane walks etc. Support the accreditation process for guests, partners, and team staff Contribute to other Live Experience events off-track as needed What we offer Apply now
