Begleiten Sie ein einzigartiges Projekt von der Planungsphase bis zur Eröffnung und gestalten Sie Charakter, Abläufe und Standards eines Hotels aktiv mit. In dieser Schlüsselrolle steuern Sie die gesamte Pre-Opening-Phase, arbeiten eng mit der Eigentümerschaft zusammen und koordinieren alle Bereiche des zukünftigen Hotelbetriebs. Gesamtkoordination und Steuerung der Pre-Opening-Phase Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Eigentümerschaft sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Ausgestaltung sämtlicher Hotelabteilungen Aufbau effizienter Prozesse, Standards und operativer Abläufe Erstellung und Verwaltung aller relevanten Eröffnungsunterlagen Überwachung von Budget-, Meilenstein- und Zeitplanvorgaben Koordination von Dienstleistern, Gewerken und zukünftigen Abteilungen Ihr Aufgabengebiet Mitgestaltung einer Neueröffnung Verantwortung in einer zentralen Rolle der Voreröffnung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Eigentümerschaft Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben mit viel Raum für eigene Ideen Möglichkeit, langfristig Strukturen und Abläufe mit aufzubauen Attraktive Rahmenbedingungen und Eintritt nach Vereinbarung Ihre Benefits Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie, idealerweise in der Abteilungsleitung oder Direktion Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Kompetenzen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Verständnis für operative und administrative Abläufe im Hotelbetrieb Fähigkeit, verschiedene Projektpartner souverän zu koordinieren Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Freude am Aufbau neuer Strukturen Ihre Qualifikationen
