ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise EU or National funded research and innovation projects;Represent our company in R&D projects, consortia, meetings, events;Assist in the definition of project specifications, involving all relevant stakeholders teams, and ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability;Ensuring the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects;Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met;Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns;Manage project budget and resources to ensure profitability;Identify and mitigate project risks;Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.An MSc or PhD degree in the ICT domain;At least 3+ yeas of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar roleProven experience in project management of EU or National-funded programs;Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;Strong leadership and communication skills;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;Ability to negotiate, and cooperate with international partners and clients;Excellent problem-solving skills;Consolidated knowledge of European research programs;Technical writing and oral presentation experienceDesired QualificationsAdvanced understanding of the cybersecurity domain is a plus.Experience as a Technical Project Manager in EU-funded projects.Proven experience with proposal writing.BenefitsCompetitive remuneration based on skills, experience and motivation Full time role Opportunities to grow within a fast-moving organization developing cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies An open and collaborative environment Who we areWe are a research-driven cybersecurity technology company founded in Switzerland and expanded across Cyprus and Greece, delivering comprehensive solutions for cyber risk management.  We specialize in cybersecurity technology, bringing cutting-edge research developed through more than 50 EU R&D projects with the needs of our clients. We stand for excellence, innovation, integrity, and expertise.
