**What it's about**

In order to complement our growing Compliance team in globally, we are seeking a Project Manager who has a passion for impact, and therefore understands the importance of being hands-on to achieving success. Key responsibilities would be the following:

- Manage projects of strategic importance to the Compliance team and lead those projects to successful completion
- Develop and maintain the relevant project plans
- Drive the progress of your projects through tracking and defining milestones and next steps and requesting regular status updates from the relevant stakeholders
- Drive and perform business analysis in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders, including operational teams and software developers where necessary
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Manage the relationships and communication with all project stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
- Document and hand over processes, tools and procedures once developed, including suitable controls
- Support the global Compliance team with respect to assigned tasks

**What we expect**

We are looking for an experienced project manager who is committed to excellence and thrives in a high-paced work environment. Key requirements are:

- Top academic credentials in the relevant field
- Two to five years of experience within project management, preferably within the financial sector
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, able to engage and motivate others across all levels of seniority
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- A self-directed and independent person, able to manage tasks effectively and complete them within demanding timelines, and willing to take charge and be accountable for areas of responsibility
- A fast learner in relation to regulatory topics
- Previous exposure to regulatory topics would be a plus
