As Channel Manager, you will shape the execution for both direct and indirect retail channels, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to strengthen partnerships and maximize performance across diverse markets. YOUR CHALLENGE: Drive B2B sales performance and revenue growth across Sunrise shops Monitor and control key KPIs, ensuring continuous performance improvement Manage and coach low-performing channels to unlock their potential Act as the voice of retail network by collecting, analyzing, and escalating feedback on challenges, marketing needs, and best practices Foster knowledge sharing and provide expert input to support shop excellence Conduct regular on-site visits (50-60%) to strengthen collaboration, assess performance, and ensure alignment with strategic goals Partner with internal stakeholders to align retail initiatives with company-wide objectives YOUR SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field or completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role within the telecom retail industry Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Proven ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve ambitious goals Excellent people leadership skills, comfortable working in a matrix organization and dynamic environment Passion for customer experience and retail innovation Native German speaker, fluent in English; Italian and French are an advantage At Sunrise, you'll be working in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived.
