Verantwortung für das QEHS-Standortbudget in Übereinstimmung mit dem Standortmanagement und den globalen QEHS-Vorgaben
Ansprechperson für Standards sowie externe Partner wie z. B. Kunden, lokale und Regulierungsbehörden, die Feuerwehr etc.
Gefahrgutbeauftragter (m/w/d) mit der Verantwortung für die sachgerechte Behandlung von Sondermüll am Standort sowie den Abtransport von Sondermüll und Chemikalien vom Standort (ADR, IMDG, IATA)
Unmittelbare Führung der QEHS-Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Standort
Leitung des lokalen Notfallteams

Diese Position beinhaltet das Weisungsrecht in lokalen QEHS-Angelegenheiten sowie die Vollmacht zur Freigabe neuer Chemikalien am Standort, die Entscheidung über Produktionsstopps im Fall auftretender EHS-Gefahren, mangelhafter Produkte oder Prozesse und sämtliche Befugnisse im Rahmen der Von-Roll-Vollmachtsregelung ebenso wie die volle Verantwortung für direkt berichtspflichtige Mitarbeitende und Entscheidungen zu mangelhaften Produkten im Produktionsprozess bzw. Endprodukten einschließlich der Erteilung von Abweichungserlaubnissen und Verschrottungsanweisungen sowie Entscheidungen über den Status zurückgegangener Produkte.
Anforderungen:Mit diesem Profil überzeugen Sie uns – diese Position eignet sich ideal für eine leistungsstarke und routinierte Führungskraft mit einem technischen oder chemischen Ausbildungshintergrund, Weiterbildungen im Qualitätsmanagement bzw. einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation sowie langjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Branche. Wenn Sie mit QEHS-Standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, AS / EN 9100, IATF 16949) ebenso vertraut sind wie mit Risikoanalysen und darüber hinaus über gutes technisches Produktverständnis verfügen, ermuntern wir Sie sehr, sich zu bewerben.
