About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team in Central Production Units (CPU) EMEA. As EHS Manager, you will be responsible for integrating environmental, health, and safety aspects into business practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in CPU.
You will work closely with local operation EHS Managers, Cluster CPU Heads, and Regional EHS & Sustainability Manager to drive company Health, Safety initiatives and improve performance. Our CPU organization comprises 18 locations in seven countries and around 1,800 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support the Head CPU Manager in implementing a Sika Vision Zero culture and rolling out EHS strategies in the area.
- Analyze relevant KPIs, current practices, preventive measures, and investigate accidents/incidents to define measures to improve EHS performance in close collaboration with Regional and EHS managers.
- Provide professional support and training to local EHS Managers, supporting the exchange of information and best practices between entities.
- Actively support EHS and risk audits, incident and accident reporting, environmental reporting, and Sika Crisis Management.
