Salary:

- one-time for travel to and from Davos Your Tasks Guest Care: Welcoming international delegates, official representatives, and guests upon their arrival Registration: Assisting with the registration process, smooth check-in, issuing badges, and answering inquiries. Cloakroom Management: Careful and efficient handling of coats, bags, and personal items. Guest Flow Management: Providing directions, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring a smooth flow between sessions and venues. Additional Support: Further assistance to ensure a smooth event flow, as needed by our clients Your Qualifications Education and experience in hospitality, gastronomy, service, or event sector desired or a strong interest in it Representative appearance with excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, and high reliability Resilient, flexible, and discreet demeanor
- even under high pressure Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, French, Arabic, etc., are a great advantage Exciting and diverse tasks in a great team Ideal to combine with studies
