Uniform
Elegant black trousers and shirt/blouse
Salary and Expenses
Salary: CH 30.-/h gross, 30.- expenses per day for meals
Travel expenses: 80.- one-time for travel to and from Davos
Your Tasks
- Guest Care: Welcoming international delegates, official representatives, and guests upon their arrival
- Registration: Assisting with the registration process, smooth check-in, issuing badges, and answering inquiries.
- Cloakroom Management: Careful and efficient handling of coats, bags, and personal items.
- Guest Flow Management: Providing directions, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring a smooth flow between sessions and venues.
- Additional Support: Further assistance to ensure a smooth event flow, as needed by our clients
Your Qualifications
- Education and experience in hospitality, gastronomy, service, or event sector desired or a strong interest in it
- Representative appearance with excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, and high reliability
- Resilient, flexible, and discreet demeanor - even under high pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, French, Arabic, etc., are a great advantage
- Exciting and diverse tasks in a great team
- Ideal to combine with studies - you determine your availability flexibly
