Cross recherche un Engagement Manager pour l'entité Data&Cloud qui sera r attaché au Manager de l’entité Cloud&Data Expériences : Dispose d’une forte expérience dans la gestion et le pilotage de projet Dispose d’une expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans un rôle similaire Management de ressources pluridisciplinaires Compétences : Capacité à gérer la relation avec plusieurs partenaires externes Expérience dans la gestion de projets data de bout en bout, de la collecte des données à la présentation des résultats. Fortes connaissances des sujets Data, Gouvernance et IA Expérience avancée dans l'application de techniques d'intelligence artificielle et d'apprentissage automatique pour résoudre des problèmes complexes. Connaissance approfondie des principes de gouvernance des données, y compris la qualité des données, la gestion des métadonnées et la conformité réglementaire. Compréhension de bout en bout de la chaîne de valeur des données, de la collecte à la valorisation. Connaissance autour du Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) Connaissance approfondie des technologies de bases de données, des entrepôts de données, et des outils de big data. Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité des données et de confidentialité. Capacité à identifier et résoudre rapidement les problèmes liés aux données Connaissance de soi-même : Perspicacité Sens du service Curiosité Sens du résultat Initiative Innovation Proactivité Capacité à convaincre Leadership Aisance communication Langues : Français : Courant Anglais : Courant Allemand : un plus Rémunération : Fixe plus un variable soumis à l’élaboration d’une feuille d’objectifs annuels
