Our role is to understand their business problems and use data-driven thinking and technology to achieve outcomes that drive their business forward. For this role, we are currently offering start dates from February 2025. How you can make an impact  Work with our clients to modernise their digital landscape using next-generation cloud-based platforms and big data architectures to ensure high data quality  Design and implement modern data solutions in the areas of data management (e.g. data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, usable data  Develop data strategies that allow our clients to reach their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.  Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical and organizational thought leadership and guide clients in executing these transformations, which have significant organizational implications. Take responsibility for the holistic management of projects, i.e. from advisory and conception to implementation and introduction of the solution at the customer's site.  Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your network both internally and externally.  Define go-to-market strategies for our strategic topics together with our leadership and drive them forward. Play a central role with our existing focus customers and establish new customer relationships by responding to customer needs, further expanding existing projects and showing market presence (thought leadership on Linkedin, at conferences or customer events).  Be part of interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams for the delivery of data management / engineering solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Share your knowledge with younger colleagues and help them to develop professionally and personally  What We Are Looking For:  Drive and Motivation: Passionate individuals looking to make a career in Consulting.  Experience in leading Data & Analytics teams and projects and track record of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.  Consulting and Communication Skills: Management skills: Ability to manage several projects at once and manage conflicting priorities Selling skills: Experience in the marketing and sale of consulting or project services  Strong Presentation skills: Ability to design and shape meaningful presentations. Strong Conceptual Capability: Ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems.  Business-IT Translator: Ability to act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.  Technical Expertise in one of the following two: Data management: Several projects implementing master data management, data quality, reference data or catalogue solutions. Leading nearshore/offshore teams on implementations. Hands-on experience from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions.  Hands-on expertise working with solutions from one or more of the following vendors (Collibra, Informatica, Azure, GCP).  Cloud-based data platforms: Several projects in implementing data lakehouses.  Leading nearshore/offshore teams in implementations. Hands-on experience across the entire journey from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions. Hands-on expertise in working with solutions from one or more of the following vendors (Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).  Hands-on knowledge of common development methodologies.  Hands-on expertise in designing and documenting data and technical architecture for these platforms  Ability to articulate hybrid data architectures / options to senior stakeholder groups and to develop and present / defend a point of view  Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.  Industry Experience: You have 6 or more years of relevant professional experience in a technical or strategic role in the areas of data governance, data management, data engineering or analytics gained in a consultancy, tech company or industry.  Your team  Become part of a diverse and multinational team of 50+ highly motivated individuals located in our Zurich, Geneva, or Basel offices. We specialise in AI & data – how to structure it, how to source it, how to transform it, how to store it, and how to consume it.
