IT Governance Manager Responsibilities:*You are responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT governance policies to ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards*You support the creation and maintenance of IT policies and procedural guidelines*You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in integrating regulatory changes into IT processes*Your responsibilities also include the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of IT risks and controls*You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the IT department continuously meets regulatory requirements*You prepare regular reports for management on IT risks, compliance, and governance standards Profile: Must speak French or German fluently *You have several years of professional experience in the field of IT governance*You possess in-depth knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001) and have experience in implementing governance structures*You work in a structured, analytical, and proactive manner*You have strong communication skills,
