Our client is the government department of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a IT compliance specialist (m, f, d) as Manager IT Governance / Data Flow Aufgaben Further development of risk-oriented Data steering or data management within the framework of data governance / Further development of the system of processes, guidelines, standards, functions, and controls / Ensuring the secure management of bank data in terms of use, security, quality, and compliance throughout its entire lifecycle / In addition, further development of AI governance with the associated framework that controls the ethical and responsible development and use of artificial intelligence / Ensuring that AI systems are secure, fair, transparent, and bound by commitment and responsibility / Establishing rules and guidelines to mitigate operational risks and also promote innovation / Monitoring the quality of processes from a governance perspective and promoting change / Ensuring quality standards / The aim is to ensure that the bank's data and the possibilities offered by AI can be used to achieve corporate goals and that regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR) are complied with / Evaluating processes, reporting to senior management, giving presentations / Ad hoc projects depending on the situation. Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business informatics, or engineering / CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is an advantage / Further training in agile project management methodology / Knowledge of a bank and its processes / Professional experience in IT governance and knowledge of metadata management and data quality / Knowledge of the principles of decentralized data management (data mesh governance), systematic data management (data stewardship) and responsibility and clear accountability (data fabric governance) for the usability of data / Knowledge of agile project management / Interest in cross-functional collaboration / Analytical, detail-oriented personality with problem-solving skills and team orientation / Interest in coordination tasks and presentations / German and English.
