Manager IT Governance / Data Flow Bank Join coni+partner AG—a consultancy firm based in Zurich with offices in Düsseldorf and Shanghai—to find an IT compliance specialist (m, f, d) for a government department of an international bank in Zurich. Responsibilities Further develop risk‑oriented data steering or data management within the framework of data governance. Develop the system of processes, guidelines, standards, functions and controls. Ensure the secure management of bank data in terms of use, security, quality and compliance throughout its lifecycle. Develop AI governance frameworks that guide the ethical and responsible development and use of artificial intelligence. Ensure AI systems are secure, fair, transparent and bound by commitment and responsibility. Establish rules and guidelines to mitigate operational risks and promote innovation. Monitor governance‑related process quality and promote change. Maintain quality standards. Ensure the bank’s data and AI capabilities are leveraged to achieve corporate goals and comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR). Evaluate processes, report to senior management and give presentations. Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business informatics, or engineering. CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is an advantage. Further training in agile project‑management methodology. Knowledge of banking processes. Professional experience in IT governance and knowledge of metadata management and data quality. Understanding of decentralized data management (data mesh governance), systematic data stewardship, and data fabric governance. Experience with agile project management. Interest in cross‑functional collaboration. Analytical, detail‑oriented, problem‑solving, and team orientation. Interest in coordination tasks and presentations. Fluency in German and English.
