Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager, One Pharma Strategy to join our team at Flexsis Schweiz. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.

About the Position:

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with senior leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including written materials, presentations, videos, and digital assets, that make complex topics accessible and understandable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication plans.
  • Content Development: Develop engaging content, including written materials, presentations, videos, and digital assets, that simplify complex information.
  • Communication Planning: Create comprehensive communication plans to engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on communication metrics to inform future communication strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in internal or change communications within a large, global organization, preferably in the pharma or corporate sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of change management communication principles.
  • Superior writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise messages.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, video production, internal social media).
  • Proficiency in gSuite (especially gSites).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, exceptional writing skills.
