The ZS Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions for tackling complex business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are grounded in rigorous research and analysis, underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

As a Data Driven Business Strategy Consultant, you'll be part of a collaborative team that works closely with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach. You'll lead task execution, ensuring progress and organizing project data while coordinating team meetings. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting issue analysis, developing hypotheses on key client issues, and designing qualitative and quantitative analyses to test and analyze these hypotheses.

You'll synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams. Providing thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas will also be an essential aspect of your role. Participating in business development, contributing to internal firm activities, and coaching and mentoring junior team members are other key responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need an MBA with a strong academic record in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields. Alternatively, a PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences, or a related field with a business application may also be suitable. Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant work experience and 3-5 years of pre-MBA work experience are expected. Additionally, you'll require high motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.

Aptitude for leading and managing teams, effective oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, analytic problem-solving skills, and client service orientation are all essential qualities.
