Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Services Analyst to join our Deal Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues and other teams to deliver critical insights for strategic investment/divestment decisions to our clients. This includes supporting on executing sell-side and buy-side due diligence and vendor assistance projects for international and Swiss clients.

Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Deal Advisory colleagues and other teams to deliver critical insights for strategic investment/divestment decisions to our clients
- Support on executing sell-side and buy-side due diligence and vendor assistance projects for international and Swiss clients
- Compile and analyze target company data with respect to key deal metrics such as sustainable EBITDA, net working capital and future cash flows
- Present quantitative analysis in a concise manner, accompanied by qualitative commentary in a polished client report

Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a specialization in Finance and Accounting
- Strong accounting skills and analytical mindset, quick to grasp and learn new things and translate these into actions
- First practical experience in financial accounting, mergers & acquisitions, financial audit or controlling
- Not afraid to take on responsibility, communicative and team player, resilient, and able to handle pressure combined with a high degree of flexibility
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of other languages seen as an asset
