Your Role
This opportunity is ideal for a Business Analyst who will support the project team with the analysis and implementation of various regulatory financial market-related initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Derive business requirements from regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Perform gap analysis to identify applicable requirements and develop solutions to close the identified gaps.
- Organize workshops and meetings with internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing, communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions.
Your Profile
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the finance and banking industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured working style and practical hands-on approach.
- Ability to understand complex problems and develop straightforward solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
