Global Banking Connectivity Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • As the Product Lead, you will oversee the Multibanking Platform (Processing and Messaging) in an agile setup with a dedicated scrum team
  • Collaborate with your peer Product Owner and the Chief Product Owner to manage the Product Backlog and set priorities
  • Develop stories from specifications and ensure timely delivery with your team of software engineers, quality assurance specialists, and architects
  • Be part of the requirements and solution design team, taking ownership of Epics and creating specifications with subject matter experts
  • Communicate with stakeholders and present results together with your team
  • Work closely with your Scrum Master to drive efficiency improvements and results-centric ceremonies
Requirements
  • Four years of experience as Product Owner, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial messaging
  • Certified Product Owner and a degree in (business) information or equivalent work experience
  • Business analyst certification and multiple years of documented experience
  • Experience running software development projects using agile methodology (Scrum)
  • Broad technical understanding of financial messaging and processing
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken) mandatory, German beneficial if available
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and confident individual willing to take on leadership roles
  • International experience with occasional travel within Europe
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives
