Below are the key responsibilities for this role:

  • Design, provision, maintain, monitor, and support corporate IT infrastructure
  • Manage Microsoft O365 services, including Entra, Sharepoint, Outlook, backups, and Purview
  • Administer and customise Microsoft Cloud services, such as Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Dynamics 365 for Sales, and Business Central
  • Manage end-user devices, MS defender, and office IT infrastructure
  • Develop and enforce relevant corporate IT processes, including user and identity management, proper onboarding and offboarding, and integration with corporate IT tools
  • Process internal customer requests and take responsibility for day-to-day office IT support
  • Contribute to regular updates on internal and external projects in corporate IT
  • Be responsible for first-line defence tasks, including monitoring and KPI tracking

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT systems support, with expertise in Microsoft technologies (O365, Azure AD, Intune)
  • A desire to work in an inspiring, dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development
  • An IT security mindset, ensuring adherence to proper security protocols
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a focus on dedicated support until resolution
  • Innovative thinking, willingness to learn, motivation, flexibility, and comfort in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English (80-100% working environment)
  • Sociability, effective communication, and pride in customer support and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Passion for technology, with interest in cloud and infrastructure

Salary Estimate: CHF 90,000 - CHF 120,000 per annum
