Mission

Context :

Decathlon's Swiss project has been growing rapidly since its inception in 2016, with the launch of our website and the opening of our first store in Neuchâtel in 2017. Today, we have nearly 1,000 employees working in our 5 sectors, serving 33 stores. To support our growth, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

We are seeking a customer-oriented, responsible, and entrepreneurial individual to join our team. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting stores on various subjects, ensuring safety and security, managing stock availability and accuracy, and optimizing store operations. Your mission will be to make our stores the most efficient and customer-centric.

Your Missions :

• Ensure safety and security in the country, ensuring the safety of customers and teammates, and managing internal and external risks.

• Manage stock availability and accuracy, ensuring organized, safe, and efficient product flow in your store.

• Optimize store operations, always striving to spare time for our customers.

• Other responsibilities include making teams autonomous in their operations, leading commercial sales, ensuring property maintenance, optimizing investments, and contributing to the profitable growth of Decathlon.

Profile

• You must have similar experience as a store operations manager.

• You have acquired knowledge on technical subjects.

• You are multilingual, especially in French and German.

• You are curious, attentive to details, and a natural challenger.

• You have excellent planning and organizational skills.

• You are ready to travel, visiting frequently 15 stores across the country.
