Decathlon: A Leader in Sports Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and supporting our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of customers and employees in our stores
  • Manage the availability and accuracy of stock in our stores
  • Optimize store processes and tools to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Lead and develop our store teams to achieve high performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Contribute to the development of our local autonomy and decision-making processes
  • Ensure the maintenance of our property and optimize investments and operational costs

Requirements:

  • Similar experience as a store operations manager
  • Knowledge of technical subjects, such as electronic marking
  • Multilingual skills, especially French and German
  • Curious and detail-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams and lead by example
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ready to travel and visit our stores frequently
