We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at Gi Group SA, working with clients in the insurance industry. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

About the Job

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces, collaborating closely with our UX team to ensure seamless user experiences. Your expertise will also extend to backend development, where necessary, as well as improving usability through creative approaches.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and optimization of frontend solutions
  • Designing intuitive interfaces in close collaboration with the UX team
  • Support with backend development as needed
  • Improving usability through innovative approaches
  • Carrying out tests and quality assurance measures
  • Knowledge exchange and support within the team

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent training
  • Experience in developing web applications with Storyblok (Astro), Next.js, and React; knowledge of Java and Spring Boot is an advantage
  • A consistent working method with networked, goal-oriented thinking
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
  • Enthusiasm for container technologies and platforms (Kubernetes)
  • Team player in an agile environment (knowledge of Scrum and/or SAFe)

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately CHF 90,000 - CHF 110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
