Senior Analytical Method Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytical Method Developer to join our team at CSL Behring. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of new analytical methods and techniques.
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for developing, validating, and transferring analytical methods within our Quality Control department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and methodologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute experimental plans to develop and validate analytical methods
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to design and implement innovative solutions
- Coordinate method transfer and qualification activities between R&D, QC, and external laboratories
- Investigate deviations and method performance issues, providing expert knowledge and recommendations
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- BSc in Biological Science or related field; MSc or PhD preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in cGMP Quality Control or method development for biological pharmaceutical products
- Strong technical knowledge of cell-based assays, immunoassays, and electrophoretic techniques
- Experience with automation and quality management systems a plus
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of analytical method lifecycle management is essential.
