Sales Director for Power Projects

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development, offering, and negotiation of power plant projects on a global basis.
Your primary tasks will include leading sales projects from pre-acquisition to execution, generating profitable sales from new and existing customers in the Service market, and representing Ansaldo Energia externally.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the sales process and contract negotiations for Service Contracts and up-grade projects
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Representing Ansaldo at industry meetings, trade shows, and conferences
- Gathering market and competitive intelligence for commercial strategies
You will be working closely with internal teams to drive sales projects along internal processes and ensure alignment with company goals and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering or business administration, experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions, and knowledge of power plants technology and main products such as gas turbines and steam turbines.
