Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage assigned production tasks
  • Ensure the timely execution of production schedules
  • Uphold the quality and quantity standards of production tasks
  • Perform repairs and modifications on assembled electronic boards
  • Enhance operational processes within the designated area
  • Conduct self-assessments of the aforementioned tasks
  • Mentor new team members and trainees
  • Engage in project initiatives
Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the DST field
  • Proficient in manual soldering per IPC-A610 Class 3 standards
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Capability to work autonomously
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
