Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven individual to assist in implementing our clienteling strategy.



  • Coordinate CRM gifts, manage stock levels, and oversee shipments to boutiques, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and efficient resource management.
  • Create and deploy online and offline clienteling campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, measure their impact, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Ensure the enrichment, growth, and integrity of the client database by managing action plans and identifying clients and prospects opportunities.
  • Follow-up and analyze the results of clienteling activations and in-boutique experiences, focusing on Return on Investment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A Master's degree in Business, Luxury, or Computer Science and availability to start in December.
  • Business fluent English and French skills, with German being a plus.
  • Prior hands-on experience in the luxury industry, with great attention to details and sensitivity to client needs and aspirations.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data management, and familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Power BI, and HTML.
  • A good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and general affinity with systems.
  • Responsibility, dependability, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
  • A proactive approach, comfortable working autonomously while being a valuable team player collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
