Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Solution Engineer to join our Communication Segment. As a key member of our Strategy & Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in defining new technical solutions and evaluating business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of lead customers and projects, as well as product and service requirements for today and tomorrow.
  • Identify new product and solution opportunities, and provide regular market and technology trend analysis.
  • Design and implement strategic solutions in areas of innovation, 3rd party product integration, and drive mid- to long-term innovation ideas.
  • Create business cases to justify new product and solution development, engage internal stakeholders, and drive the development of new solutions to expand our offering and revenue.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills in an international environment. You should have a strong understanding of mobile communication network technologies and topologies, as well as the ability to learn quickly.

  • Higher education in a technical field.
  • Understanding of radio frequency, power, and optic transmission, as well as installation experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with German being an advantage.
  • PDM and SAP skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
