Your Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Solutions Expert at HUBER+SUHNER, you will be part of our Communication Segment, supporting the Strategy & Business Development team in defining new technical solutions and evaluating related business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding lead customers/projects and main product/service requirements for today and tomorrow
  • Identifying new product/solution opportunities and providing regular information on market and technology trends, dynamics, opportunities, and challenges in territories worldwide
  • Developing strategic solutions in areas of innovation, 3rd party product integration, and initiating mid- and long-term innovation ideas
  • Creating business cases to justify new product/solution development, engaging internal stakeholders, and driving the development of new solutions to expand offerings/revenue defining requirements for product development projects in accordance with Sales and Technology

Your Profile

We are looking for a customer-oriented and highly motivated individual who takes ownership. You will have excellent communication skills in an international environment, a deep understanding of the technologies and topologies used in mobile communication networks, and the ability to learn fast.

Furthermore, you will have:

  • Higher education (Bachelor degree) in a technical field
  • Understanding of radio frequency, power, and optic transmission as well as installation experience (FTTA, Cell Site, etc.)
  • Excellence in written and verbal English, German is an advantage
  • PDM and SAP skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
