As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating pharmaceutical-related manufacturing contracts, managing disputes and litigation, and advising on technology and digitalization-related agreements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance in various legal matters
* Review and negotiate pharmaceutical-related manufacturing contracts, including CMO and Supply agreements
* Independently lead TechOps-related legal projects and transactions
* Negotiate complex agreements and manage disputes and litigation
* Advise on technology and digitalization-related agreements in compliance with data privacy laws

**Requirements:**

* Master of Law, preferably with Swiss or European Bar Exam
* At least 7-10 years of experience in an international environment (law firm and/or industry)
* Relevant experience and expertise
* Strong negotiation skills
* Highly motivated to work in a performance-related environment
* Independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
* High level of efficiency and attention to detail
