Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Club Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness in Lake Geneva, WI.

About the Role: As a Fitness Club Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional member experiences, driving sales and revenue growth, and maintaining a clean and safe club environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase membership sales and personal training revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team to achieve sales and operational goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Club Operations: Oversee daily club operations, including member services, club maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote the Anytime Fitness brand and build relationships with local businesses.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales and customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
