EPM Scientific - Phaidon International is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to join our team in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Proven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a willingness to adapt and learn new technologies.
