About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bonding and Painting expert to join our team in Villeneuve. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the industrial control of special processes, designing and industrializing products and processes, and managing industrial risk.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the industrial control of special processes, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
  • Design and industrialize products and processes, including the development of tools, work instructions, and gantt charts.
  • Manage industrial risk through process FMEA and associated improvement action plans.
  • Prepare, train, and support start of production and lead improvement plans.
  • Ensure continuous training and qualification of production teams and support functions linked to painting and bonding.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong industrial technical knowledge and practical experience in painting and bonding.
  • Engineering degree in painting, bonding, chemical, or material science.
  • Fluency in French and English, with German recommended.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of methods, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Ideal training and qualification as an EWF 517-01 European Adhesive Engineer.
  • Positive mindset, strong team player, and ability to build efficient networks.
