Your Future Role

In Villeneuve, our team of over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and maintain multiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars. Our product line Services offers a comprehensive range of solutions to maximize the value of customer assets throughout their entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the industrial control of the Special Processes Bonding and Painting during the tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, and warranty.
  • Design, industrialize, and qualify the product/process pair, as well as industrial means, to be implemented in line with the design and project planning.
  • Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plans.
  • Prepare, train, and support the start of production and lead improvement plans.
  • Ensure continuous training and permanent qualification of production teams and support functions linked to painting and bonding.

Requirements

  • Strong industrial technical knowledge and practical experience in the fields of painting and bonding.
  • Engineering degree in painting, bonding, chemical, or material, mandatory; process engineering and mechanical or electrical, recommended.
  • Fluency in French and English, mandatory; German, recommended.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of Methods, industrialization, or Manufacturing Engineering, and willingness to work on other industrialization activities.
  • Ideal training and qualification as EWF European Adhesive Engineer.
  • Positive mindset, strong team player, and ability to build efficient networks.
  • Willingness to take or grow to a management position.
