SAP Team Lead Position

Your responsibilities as SAP Team Lead involve acting as a key representative of the organization in operational and project matters within your designated business area. You will lead a team of skilled SAP specialists responsible for software development, bug fixes, and process improvements for end-users.
- Analyze SAP releases to identify new features and propose solutions to enhance business processes. Present these findings to relevant committees for consideration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment. Work closely with implementation partners on cross-module projects.
- Lead and manage your team by monitoring performance, setting annual objectives, and supporting career growth. Recruit, train, and coach representatives to achieve desired results while staying informed about industry trends.
- Oversee the hiring process, conduct job interviews, and ensure new team members integrate smoothly into the team. Organize training sessions, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
For this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience leading SAP teams, preferably in the Basis area, are required. In-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, Service Provider Management, etc., is essential.
In addition to technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are also necessary. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
Estimated salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
