At Komax AG, we are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Manufacturing Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team of SAP specialists in the development and implementation of software solutions.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this key position. As a Senior SAP Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP specialists in the development and implementation of software solutions for end-users.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of SAP specialists in the development and implementation of software solutions for end-users.
- Analyze SAP releases and proactively suggest new functions and solutions to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members, motivating them to achieve desired results.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, AVC, and LO-VC.
- Proven experience in project management and change management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
