Your responsibilities

  • As a seasoned leader, you will represent the organization in operational and project matters within your business area, guiding a team of SAP specialists to develop and implement software enhancements and process improvements for end users.
  • You will analyze SAP releases and suggest innovative solutions to improve business processes, presenting them to designated committees for approval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment, working closely with implementation partners on cross-module projects.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team by monitoring performance, setting annual objectives, and supporting career development. You will recruit, train, and coach representatives, motivating them to achieve desired results while staying informed about the latest trends in information technology.
  • Oversee the hiring process, conduct job interviews, and integrate new team members effectively into the team. Organize training sessions, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience leading SAP teams, preferably within the Basis area.
  • In-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, and Service Provider Management.
  • Proven experience in project management and change management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
