Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Global Programming Group as an Event Engagement and Programme Expert.
This role will report to the Head of Event Engagement and Strategy and will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of a new accredited programme.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in programme development for large events and will be able to lead editorial reviews of session submissions and provide recommendations to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:- Build guidelines and processes for programme development.
- Lead editorial reviews of session submissions and provide recommendations to the leadership team.
- Maintain an overarching view of the accredited programme and its complementarity to the Forum's official programme.
- Support internal stakeholders with training or onboarding sessions.
- Interact with Partners to answer queries about the new programme.
- Work with the IT team to test new technical developments on the Forum Live App.
- 4+ years of professional experience in programme development for large events.
- Advanced university degree in business, media, communications, economics, journalism, or other relevant fields.
- Proven project management and coordination skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and experience identifying strategically salient questions.
- Excellent team collaboration and operational skills.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
