Women's Peace and Security Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as a Programme Analyst in our Women's Peace and Security team. The Programme Analyst will play a key role in facilitating the implementation and management of our Regular Funding Cycle portfolio in Europe, Asia, the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities:
The Programme Analyst will be responsible for providing technical inputs to the development of funding allocations and initiatives under our Regular Funding Cycle portfolio. This will include identifying areas for support and intervention related to funding allocations and initiatives, as well as providing substantive inputs to the development of our cross-cutting priority areas and grant making principles.
In addition, the Programme Analyst will provide technical assistance and capacity development support in the implementation of our portfolio in Europe, Asia, the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean. This will include coordinating and providing technical support to Management Entities in the implementation of our Regular Funding Cycle portfolio, maintaining relationships with Management Entities to support the implementation of our portfolio, and identifying opportunities for capacity building and trainings for partners.
The Programme Analyst will also provide technical inputs to the monitoring and reporting of our portfolio, including monitoring progress of implementation of grants and tracking financial delivery at global and country level. Additionally, the Programme Analyst will participate in meetings and public information events with partners and stakeholders relevant to our work, as delegated.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's degree or equivalent in social sciences, human rights, gender/women's studies, international development, or a related field. You will also have at least 2 years of progressively responsible work experience in one or more of the following areas: development policy, development programme/project implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting and/or capacity building. Experience in programmes or policy related to women, peace and security is required. Work experience with programmes in Europe, Asia, the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean is desirable, as is experience coordinating and liaising with partners in the area of women, peace and security.
