The Senior Partnership Development Coordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing partnership strategies to support the achievement of UN Women's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development, with experience working in international organizations or NGOs. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities for partnerships, building relationships with key stakeholders, and coordinating the implementation of partnership agreements.

Responsibilities
/li> Develop and implement partnership strategies to support the achievement of UN Women's goals and objectives.
/li> Identify opportunities for partnerships with governments, NGOs, private sector companies, and other stakeholders.
/li> Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and civil society representatives.
/li> Coordinate the implementation of partnership agreements, including managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
/li> Provide technical assistance and capacity-building programs for partners to strengthen their ability to advance gender equality and women's empowerment.
/li> Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to identify areas for partnership and develop proposals for new initiatives.
/li> Analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership strategies and activities.
/li> Develop reports and briefings on partnership progress and impact.
Requirements
/li> Master's degree in International Relations, Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field.
/li> At least five years of progressively responsible experience in international organizations or NGOs, with a focus on partnership development, communications, and advocacy.
/li> Strong network of contacts with government officials, business leaders, and civil society representatives.
/li> Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
/li> Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a strong attention to detail.
/li> Fluency in English required; knowledge of another official UN language (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) an asset.
Working Environment
This position will be based in New York. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
