About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer and Implementation Specialist to join our team at Hays AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement ServiceNow Solutions: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and Configure Custom Applications: Create and improve core and custom applications, and work directly with end users to resolve support issues.
  • Configure and Customize ServiceNow Applications: Utilize ServiceNow's platform to configure and customize applications and modules.
  • Develop Workflows and Business Rules: Create and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other customizations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with Other Systems: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Implement and Deploy ServiceNow Solutions: Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions in various on-prem environments (development, testing, production).
  • Conduct Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct and support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Document and Maintain ServiceNow Instances: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals, and monitor and maintain ServiceNow instances post-implementation.
Requirements
  • ServiceNow Experience: Proven experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and integrations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HR, CSM, and other modules, as well as experience with REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CS, and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications, ITSM, HR, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, with French being a significant advantage.
